Comprehensive Maintenance:

This is defined as a periodic as well as breakdown maintenance service provided on the basis of a contract renewable annually. The contract also includes supply of equipment spares for the scope covered under the contract. Signing of such a contract ensures limited liability for the client with regard to maintenance and additionally it ensures maximum uptime for the facility/equipment serviced.

Non-comprehensive Maintenance:

This is defined as a periodic as well as breakdown maintenance service provided on the basis of a contract renewable annually. The contract does not include supply of equipment spares. Signing of such a contract ensures timely service and therefore greater uptime for the facility/equipment serviced.

Maintenance of Third Party Systems:

This is defined as a periodic as well as breakdown maintenance service provided on the basis of a contract renewable annually. The contract is applicable either to equipment or systems that lie outside our portfolio of offerings but within the purview of our expertise or is applicable to equipment or systems supplied & installed by a Third Party. The contract can be formatted either for Comprehensive or Non-comprehensive maintenance.
